this is my first year of teaching... as well as my first Valentine's Day with my students... this is also one of the unforgetable moments of my life....

I didnt totally expect that something grand will happen today (who would?)... i dont have a special someone... nor somebody asked me out... all i though of is that people will just greet me and smile.... but it was different

it was 10 am and i got blind-folded in the faculty room... somebody walked and guided me to the auditorium steps.... there I was handed with a basket.... somebody took the blind fold off my eyes .... and wow!!!!..... i was teary eyed.... seeing my 52 students all lined up going to my classroom.... i walked towards them 1 at a time... they were saying there hearfelt gratitudes and things they cant forget and learned from me.... it was a heavenly feeling..... feel so loved by these wonderful people who became so special and dear to me... i was in for more surprise.... as i opened my classroom door... i was welcomed by my angels... singing my favorite song.... ALL I ASK OF YOU...

no more talk of darkness,
forget these wide- eyed fear i.m here
nothing can harm you...
my words will warm and calm you....

..... love me thats all i ask of you.....

I was crying so hard... it was a very special moment...i felt so blessed being sorrounded by these people...

my teaching career becomes a very rewarding feeling
it doesnt matter how many times ive stumbled and failed
but what matters... how i came and touched their lives...
